| • I want to start my own automotive consulting business, how do I do this? |
|
I have extensive experience in automotive sales, sales management, and automotive finance. I have trained sales personal in internet skills and phone skills that allow them to set more appointments, which in turn will allow them to sell more cars. In addition, I have trained sales forces in the “Road to the Sale” for many years. If a person wanted to get into the car business, I have the ability to take a raw recruit and give them the skills to make a very lucrative living in the automotive business. I see other people without the abilities that I have, starting and making good lives for both themselves as well as their family. How is this accomplished?

jaw-dropping gas prices and insurance rates are cause for me to believe that it's the state's way on discouraging drivers who can't afford it for saftey reasons, like the rise in percentage of drivers, and collisions.
where I live, gas is $3.15 per gallon, and I pay $366 per month on insurance, and I commute about 300 miles a week.. bad combination if you ask me.
what do you think is the cause of the outrageous automotive finance inflation?

| • How do I start a Mortgage Company? |
|
I have 10+ years in automotive finance. I am looking into "Net Branch" opportunities. I have a good grasp on the finance process, but I feel like this can't be as easy as it appears. What am I "Not" being told by these brokerages?

| • I pass the selection process and get offered the job but then they freeze...? |
|
A similar but smaller company (automotive financing) offers a job for a 20% raise (same job basically). Just as I'm about to resign my current employer (10 years in the same company), they call me to say that they are freezing all hirings. A month later they call back to check if I'm still available and say they need me right away. Asked them then for a two-year golden parachute and they said they can't provide. The change would imply longer working hours, longer commuting time, less vacation days but better prospectives in a somehow more solid company (but with a twisted decision process I would add?). Both jobs (current and potential) have their benefits, but they differ. What would you do?

A similar company (automotive financing) offers me a job for a 15% raise (same job basically). When I'm about to resign to change jobs, they call me to say that they are freezing all hirings. A month later they call back to check if I'm still available and say they need me right away. Asked them for a two-year golden parachute and they said no can do.
